The project is located along Mystic Valley Parkway within a 10-minute walk to the Wellington Orange Line Station and in the direct path of the life-science corridor which has emerged north of Cambridge and Boston. The project includes 1,600 SF of retail space, 422 underground parking spaces, a new public plaza along Mystic Valley Parkway, and direct access to nearby open spaces. The project has full entitlements in hand and is now being designed for final permitting to begin construction in the coming months.

Located in Jamaica Plain on the Washington Street corridor, this project included a blend of dynamic façade materials to support the activation and development taking shape across Washington Street and Jamaica Plain. Due to the complex grade change across the site, the project required an integral support of excavation plan to execute the immense foundation and structural design for a project of its size. This project required an extensive preconstruction process in order to enable a smooth construction sequence around the structural phases. The palate of finish materials was sourced globally to produce the elegance desired within the condominiums. Also included: a state-of-the-art indoor parking system.
