RISE is currently delivering preconstruction and construction services for our client on this 326 unit, 4 building residential development in the heart of Boston’s Allston neighborhood. RISE worked diligently through the entitlement process to ensure budgets and schedules were maintained for this large, multiphased project. The first phase, 1 Highgate, is scheduled to break ground in May 2023.
